About Katy

I’m Katy Rosecrans and I’ve been a licensed, full-time Broker since 2004.

With so many years brokering properties, what I’m most proud of is the number of customers who return or refer their friends and family to me. I strive to provide a level of service and knowledge that can help clients feel confident in their home or investment purchase. My expertise is vast – I work with clients buying their first home and also with seasoned investors. Navigating real estate and guiding clients with unique needs is my passion.

I was born and raised in Scio, Oregon before moving to Albany while I finished my Bachelor’s degree at Oregon State University. I liked Albany so much that I decided to make it my home. I have three children — twin daughters and a son. I’m also very active; I make time for my health daily by practicing yoga, Zumba, or just going to the gym!
