About Molly

After working for ten years in Seattle’s commercial real estate sector, Molly shifted gears in 2002 and moved to enjoy all that Central Oregon had to offer. She was drawn to a close-knit, friendly community to raise her kids in and the outdoor lifestyle that allowed her to continue enjoying her native beautiful State of Oregon.

 

She's been immersed in the Bend real estate market for over 20 years now helping clients balance both the always important economic and the sometimes emotional side of a real estate transaction.

 

Molly strives to educate and provide the most relevant global and ground-level information to her clients so they can make the most informed decisions concerning their investments. She has been described as having a rock solid work ethic, well-respected business acumen and an approachable and easy-style.

 

Prior to joining Stellar, Molly served as the Designated Principal Broker at her previous firm, adding depth to her knowledge of the current market conditions.

 

In mid 2014, Molly partnered with Cheri Smith to form the Brundage Smith Team. Their combined experience and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market paired with a friendly, approachable style makes them the team you’ll want working hard for you.
